  • Kia Ora koutou, namaste, my name is Kate Willliams, I have lived in Featherston for nearly 10 years now. I hold community Yoga classes here and also moon meditation circles. All are welcome to join, my kaupapa is to offer a space of hauora wellbeing for all. We have people from all ages, bodies and abilities join the yoga classes. Each week I offer a yoga flow and you are guided to go at your pace, to what feels most nourishing for you on any given day. WEDNESDAY EVENINGS 7pm -8:15pm Kiwi Hall, 62 Bell St. SATURDAY MORNINGS 10am - 11:15am Kiwi Hall, Chai tea included to finish. No booking is required. Casual class is $15 on the door. 10 X class pass $120, 5 X class pass $60 The style of yoga I teach is Vinyasa flow and a Yin yoga session once a month during Whiro / the New Moon.
